Due to BK process, my HELOC has been closed. How does Velocity Banking work with Secured Credit Card? I don't qualify for any other credit opportunities

I am at the step you were in.  I am looking for properties, setting up my lenders and GC/PM's to get this going.  Need the challenge and the rewards

I have not made anything yet. I have purchased 2 properties, waiting rehab to rent

Thank you all for assisting.  Need some help or guidance.  While searching for opportunities, i came across the following.

For sale by owner, with long term tenant in place.  Sale price below market. Rent a little above market. Section 8. Tenant does not want to move out, if possible.  Owner would like to find buyer that will keep tenant.  Tenant been at same house over 4 years.  How would one proceed with this? does this sound like a good passive income (above $300 positive cash flow)?  Or maybe walk away?  Owner has 3 of these homes for sale and scenario.  Owner wants to cash out as they have opportunity for higher type investment.  Thank you all

Thank you all.  In regards to job, I am working with the company that we got outsourced to.  Sorry for being vague.  What the future holds with new company, that is unknown for now.  With the change from one company to another, my 401k can be moved around.  I do need to generate some extra income for my future.

Hello everyone. I can't believe it's been over a year since I introduced myself to BP.  I never took it to step 1, jumping in. I just got outsourced and my 401k will be available to use for investing. I don't have much in it, but could help with small investments. I would like guidance to see how I can use my 401k to get me started. I'm open to all types of investments. Thanks

WOW, you sound like me on regards to starting point. I made the move to Pro and will work on jumping in. Would like to speak with you, private, for guidance. Thanks
