Thank you for welcoming me.  I am sure you all have heard this many times before. I AM BROKE AS HECK. I am looking to do SOMETHING to change my current financial situation. I want to SAVE myself before retirement age. I am 51 years old, and if I lost my job today, it would be a difficult future for myself and family.  Co-worker of mine is going to show me how to buy, repair and flip homes for extra money and financial future.  I want to learn all I can so as to be a better asset for him.  All help and advise appreciated
