New Member from Florida

Hi everyone! I'm brand new to BiggerPockets and brand new to real estate investing, in general. I'm 23, and I'm in my second year teaching and coaching at a local high school. I'm interested in wholesaling and flipping houses, so over the last couple of months, I've been reading and doing some research to educate myself about the process, and picking up on some tips and tricks. I haven't gotten started yet, but I'm hoping to get started as soon as possible! :)
