Cheers,

André.

1 euro houses are pretty unfamous in Italy. I don’t know any town that is “selling” them at the time, but in the past there was.
Usually they are in pretty small towns in not so economical active places. That’s why they are given away. I believe you would have a hard time renting it out.
There’s also some towns that doesn’t allow you to rent this houses, you have to have your primary residence in the house for few years.

This houses make a good story on YouTube and click bite news, though. =]

@Mike Lambert the Real point is a god one, but not so good if you but the inflation also in the math. We had a 10+% inflation in 2015 for example. 6% was "quite normal" for the other years. So RE prices also raised those years.

Knowledge and connections I totally agree. Essential!

Hi John,

I am afraid that I cannot answer your question, but I'd be interested in the answer because I am also located in Germany and planning to invest here in 2021.

Which part of Germany are you?

Cheers,

André.

Hi @Reese Newell and @Tiago Neto I am Brazilian. I've been out of Brazil for 4 years now, but I can share some thoughts. I also wanted to know what's Reese's view on the Brazilian market now.

Cheers!
