Long-distance investor living in Munich, Germany

Hello all,

I am André Rairan, a Brazilian and Italian long-distance investor living in Munich, Germany. I found BP back in 2018 while researching for real estate investing content in English and I've been following mainly the podcast since then. I also read a few books from BP, my favorite is long-distance real estate investing from David Greene, that's exactly what I am doing!

I bought my first property in 2017 but I only decided to make real estate investing my business at the end of 2019. I then acquired one more property and have 3 more to close in the next few months.

I haven't posted anything yet because I know the BP is directed to the US market, so I was wondering, is there anyone else from Europe or investing in Europe?

Cheers!

André.
