Hey hey my BP people! 

I did a webinar last year (possibly early 2021) with a data person from BP. He went over analytics from SO many cities. The information was so so helpful. He has a market comparisons sheet that you plugged numbers into and gave stats...it was amazing. I am trying to find it to watch it again. Does anyone know the name/what it was called? Market Comparisons, Market Analysis....this guy went into so much detail on all of the metrics and had a chart of literally EVERY American city. 

I'm wanting to crunch numbers and start long distance investing! Any help would be so great! Have an awesome day.

Hi everyone. My name is Andrew and I'm an agent in the LA area. I lived in Spain for years and now have an old friend who wants to purchase a home and retire in the Barcelona area. I don't have any real estate contacts there anymore. Does anyone have a good contact or a good place that I could find a good agent to help my friends find a perfect place? Greatly appreciated! 

Thanks so much, Jason for this info! They do have down payment money and we planning on house hacking a duplex to lower cost but I wanted to explore all options for grants, as I had been hearing about incentive programs from the government.
