HELP ME FIND AN AMAZING WEBINAR I CAN'T FIND!

Hey hey my BP people! 

I did a webinar last year (possibly early 2021) with a data person from BP. He went over analytics from SO many cities. The information was so so helpful. He has a market comparisons sheet that you plugged numbers into and gave stats...it was amazing. I am trying to find it to watch it again. Does anyone know the name/what it was called? Market Comparisons, Market Analysis....this guy went into so much detail on all of the metrics and had a chart of literally EVERY American city. 

I'm wanting to crunch numbers and start long distance investing! Any help would be so great! Have an awesome day.
