Text Message Marketing Advice

Hey everyone! I'm looking to find a service for text message blasting to try to get some leads for listings. I was told "text my farm" was good but I'm not finding them online. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

California is cracking down on text blasting as much as any state so I would do a quick Google search on it. There is an agent being sued now because of that. I don't think anyone I've ever met wants unsolicited text blasts so I really don't think it's a smart use of marketing dollars.
