Hi Folks,

We are currently trying to connect with investor realtors in  Cleveland, Cincinnati, Akron, Columbus, and Toledo

If you are a realtor in these areas we are looking for the following:

A) Multifamily or SFH(near a major college)-5 block radius

B) Partly  or fully tenanted

C) B or C class neighborhoods

D) seller financing or assumable mortgage

At this time we  are able to put $10k down payment.

If this is you please PM me with your opportunities.

Look forward to talking to  you.

Good evening,

I wanted to know if any foreign nationals have purchased US property through seller financing. If so, could you please share your experience(terms etc.)?

We are looking to break into the US market(multifamily and college rentals), and exploring all avenues of  creative financing.

Thanks in advance for your response.

@Demetria Givens@James Wachob

@Elizabeth Wilson

Good Morning,

We are interested in  a buy and hold / cash flow strategy in  Memphis market and surrounding areas, and am wanting to find out some of the Class A and B communities to explore for REI. In addition, I want to find out the D communities to stay away from.

We would be an out of country investors, and be using a PM( looking for 10%+ ROI). Thank you for your assistance.

Hi All,

We are new to RE investing,  and in the near future looking to invest in Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax, and St John.  Currently reside in Calgary.

Excited to learn  from BP Canada, and network with everyone.
