We are currently trying to connect with investor realtors in  Cleveland, Cincinnati, Akron, Columbus, and Toledo.

A) Multifamily or SFH(near a major college)-5 block radius

B) Partly  or fully tenanted

C) B or C class neighborhoods

D) seller financing or assumable mortgage
