Hi BP,

I'm a Canadian looking to purchase a few US properties in the next 6-12 months.

Researching how other Canadians are setting up their US companies to maximize protection and minimize taxes.

Thanks,

Hi BP community,

I am searching for a simple analyzer for 6+ unit multifamily deals. Previous one  was overly complicated for money partners to understand. Need something that will also show potential refi period. Thanks BP!

Just clarify. I am running the numbers on the 40 unit to find the maximum allowable offer to wholesale the deal.

@Steve Morris  I did reach out  to the agent to gather more intel. Still waiting to hear back.

@Ray Johnson Definitely, would go out there once under contract and travel restrictions have been lifted.

Hi BP:

Running the numbers on a possible wholesale deal on 40 unit multifamily.  Without going out to site with a contractor(I'm out of country), is there a general rule or formula investors use when estimating repair costs on larger scale commercial multifamily buildings. Thanks in advance!

Good Morning,

Does anyone know of any insurance companies that do stand alone policies on rental properties? For a duplex in Ontario.

Thanks in advance.
