US Turnkey for out of country Pro's and Con's
Hi Folks,
We are just starting out in RE investing, and have been trying to educate ourselves using BP podcasts and forums. Were from Calgary AB but are very interested in the US market, particularly in Dallas, Atlanta,Central Florida, and Phoenix areas. Though house prices seem very intriguing on Realtor.com, but dont give you any idea on the neighborhood/community.
Has anybody from out of state/country used this method of investment? How was the experience positive or negative(brief explanation)? Does anyone know or recommend a reputable turnkey property in Dallas, Atlanta,Central Florida, and Phoenix areas.
Thanks in advance for your time.

I would look at Kathy Fettke' Wealth Building Network for turnkeys. They may not ne everywhere you are looking at, but that's because she does a TREMENDOUS job analyzing the data the gov't is hiding from us and she recognizes real number trends. If I were to buy turnkey, it would be from her. Or Chris Clothier out of Memphis with Memphis Invest.
