@Dulce Beltran have you considered looking for an EV conversion company?

You'd be buying used. But a 2 or 3 year old gas vehicle with a full electric conversion by a professional company might be an option. Then you'd have any car you want. Tesla may be a household name but people have been in their garages building electric cars for a long time. There are a lot of smaller companies that deal in used battery packs or even go back to lead depending on the range you need and how much you want to spend up front.

@Joe Splitrock i disagree. I actually believe the complete opposite because of several different life experiences.

I just encourage EVERYONE to do their own research and think long and hard about every aspect of carrying or not.

@Robert Higdon this is the single only reason I regretted getting the CCH on my CDL instead of a seperate card. 2am in the ghetto at a Quicktrip. For some reason they are IDing anyone with a debit card.

"Hurrhurrhurr I have my concealed carry also."

There were about 25 irritated people in there because the power kicked out and nobody left had cash.

@Nathan G. Extremely solid advice. I got a steel on a Glock 19 because an officer found that P11's took half a second off of draw time.

Half a second doesn't sound like much but it could mean survival.

Open carry: might shy away buyers.

Conceal carry: well, most situations with gun fire escalate to the point you can fire or find cover before you need to draw.

I used to get called a "stoner" because a bunch of prepper shows said carry a lighter and i always had one at work.

Guess who almost dehydrated and died next to 4 ponds soon after?

I say do what you want.

@James Free true. Apparently before I was thought of my town of one flashing stoplight was a happening place. And about 10 miles from the largest cattle shipping town in the world. When trucking became the norm it killed that town. There are 0 storefronts that are functional and I'd wager under 100 people live there. When i was a kid they decided to bypass the highway through my small town and it got REALLY small. This place has been in a downward spiral and it had nothing to do with us.

@Evan Parker the only solution I could think of would be to build subdivisions on the outskirts of town. If enough investors got together starting a town from scratch would be interesting.

But I don't really see it as a problem. They already have mortgages on their homes. If my personal residence doubled in price in a short time I'd be packed up and out before closing.

I'm sure many others feel the same.

@Chuck Hupert lol. I had no idea there was a term for that. Makes sense I guess.

I guess you get to use our ever so speedy court system.

Good luck.
