Hi Rupesh - in what markets are you thinking about investing? Will you be hiring a property manager? Naturally, these types of properties may require slightly more work/upkeep. Would love to connect and talk more.

Hi James - Sugar Land is a great choice! I do some work in Texas and would love to connect. Best of luck,

Hi Misa - the good news is that you are looking in two very strong markets. Would love to connect with you to talk more about this. I think it really boils down to financials and management convenience.

Hi Adrian - Welcome to BP! I do a little bit of work in California, would love to connect. Are you decided on the Airbnb business, or is that just something you're considering?

Hi Elisabeth, welcome! I do some work in Texas markets, would love to connect.

Best.

Dre

I think your decision to look into Texas is a great one. Texas has many markets to choose from: Houston, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, El Paso, Lubbock, etc. Happy to chat more about this if you're interested.

Wes, it is a very competitive market out there.

@Sue M. good questions! & responses you've gotten so far, what markets are you looking at and seeing this?

@Cathy Dela Cruz Congrats on getting started!  The pandemic can definitely be a scary time to start but deals are happening everyday and the market for investors hasn't been this hot in a while, what out of state markets are you looking at?
