@Angelina Ng  What are some other qualifications you need/want for this investment? down pmt? sq ft? etc.  I know TX is pretty hot right now for investment buyers, especially DFW, Houston, and San Antonio.  Let me know how else I can help or what questions you have.

@Auryana Faramarzi Congrats, being an out of state investor can definitely be intimidating but taking that step is great!  DFW has tons of great areas especially class B and you should be able to find good deals in your price point.  How much are you looking to put down?  Have you found an out of state lender?  What is more important cash flow or appreciation?  Let me know if you have any questions!
