I find probate deals on the MLS fairly often. Not a lot though it's a good resource nonetheless.

@Devin Howard. Marcus by goldman sachs offers personal unsecured loans up to $35k i believe. Combine this with a hard money loan and this may be enough to get started depending on what area of the country you want to invest in.

@Sterling Cuffee what is the name of the lender? I agree, rate and terms are way too low and lenient for a HML

Thank you everyone for sharing. I'm considering a deal with Amza and corresponding with Adrian.

I wish $350 condo fees were considered high in my area. My building's hoa fees are $700+ on a 2 bd/2ba

I agree w/ Anthony. More prudent to go with a conventional lender with much lower rates
