Anyone Used AMZA Capital
The plan I was working on to set up a commercial line of credit has not come together as I was hoping. I have one hard money lender I have talked to, but their minimum deal size is 100K and my deal is a smaller than that. So having said all of that has anyone used AMZA Capital that is listed on the BP hard money network as a premium partner? If so, please let me know your experiences. Yes I did close a 4 unit apartment with them back in March 2019. Adrian Mathai was my rep. Very reliable, honest and responded very quickly. Will recommend them to anyone willing to close on any deal.
