I wouldn’t beat yourself up over a 1-2% return, especially on such a small amount. It probably only comes out to $50/month or so. You still have positive cash flow and that difference will not make or break you. You just need to keep on moving and adding more deals to your portfolio.

Looking for god reliable flippers UTAH COUNTY.  I have many many clients who are wanting to flip.  I know they do not offer commission on the wholesale deal, but my clients list the flipped property with me, so happy to be a connecter fo people :) please PM me if you are a wholesaler in UTAH COUNTY, or if you know of any good ones.
