New to REI Introduction
Hey Guys I'm new to the real estate world. I graduated college in December 2017. Over the past year of working my 9-5, I have been reading all I can about real estate and have listened to over 250 episodes of the podcast. I finally made it my mission to be active in the forums for this year. I don't mind my job, however I would like to not be reliant on it in a few years. I am interested in live-in flips, house hacking, buy and hold investing, and out of state investing. I really just wanted to get into the community and begin connecting with others around the area to further my education into real estate.
