Good luck. I'd be interested in hearing about your probate strategy. Would you mind sharing?

I'd do what Dan says and tease them a bit. Make sure you're not pitching as well, as that may be the reason for the unreturned call. Give them enough to make them interested and go from there.

I was going to say the same thing as Harrison, and the irony is that the post you use as an example is rife with personal attacks.

I'll stick around here.

I strongly disagree with you here Drew. Only the most sophisticated consumers, pros and investors know that your site values are not replacements for CMAs or appraisals. Spend a few minutes on any property sale website, classified site, or simply have a conversation with people and they'll quote zillow prices. That's great for your brand, but not so great for the market. When people use incorrect values to make important purchasing or selling decisions, they are just putting themselves in potential trouble.

Does NR represent your experience or your education? I've never heard of someone doing a deal that asked about someone's real estate education. Why does it matter?

If this place gets such a bad rap, and it is clear that you are concerned about it, why even tell people? If you're truly no longer affiliated, why promote them? They got your $30 grand, right?

Move on, stop telling people, and you'll have nothing to worry about.

Unless you are still a part of the organization

Caitlyn. In this and other VW talks you keep advocating this Duncan Wierman person, but now you seem confused by it all. Maybe the guy isn't as good as you're pumping him up to be? Otherwise it wouldn't be so confusing, would it?

What's the real story?

Hey Demos. maybe you could share with us the keys to your success?
