I've looked to see if there are properties in SoCAl. I especially liked the $900k duplexes that rent out for a total of $3600/mo. Scary out there! :shake:

People will always want to live in cities, where everything is close and convenient. Others will stray away to the burbs and beyond. Technology will allow more an more people to work from home and telecommute. However, I think we'll see growth in all areas.

Hi Lauren. Seems like we're in the minority here - women and all. Nice to have another lady in the place. As for mortgages, why do they have to be crap? No love for the banks, huh?
