Just want to give a quick introduction as a new member to the site.

My name is Steve Doyle and I have been working for real estate investors and developers for the past ten years. I have had a desire to jump into investment for some time. Tired of working for median pay and helping to make other folks large sums of money. I joined this site to help improve my knowledge of the aquisition process and financial options that are out there.

I am extremely experienced in development, construction/rehab and even a little prop management so if you have any troubles on these fronts I could be of help.

I see opportunity in todays market and want to be one of the success stories we will be hearing about in 5 years. :idea:
