In the state of Idaho I just simply called the Real Estate Commission Board asked if it's legal. When in doubt call tech support. The contract gives you equitable rights to do Almost anything. Good luck!

Donny Yoon Welcome to BP! You found the right place. Sacramento is a big area, be a bit more specific on what your looking for and ask...most people have keywords set up and they will jump into this conversation and help you out. I'd wish you luck but I don't believe in luck. "Luck is what happens when preparedness meets opportunity"

Stan Taylor Welcome to BP! You found the best place on the internet to get your brain wet in Real Estate. The podcast is a great place to learn. I suggest listening at 1.5x speed every time you get in the car or when you have free time. This listening will provide you with a base then you can get your feet wet with some direct marketing or whatever avenue you choose. Either way you will find an abundance of information on the site. I'd wish you luck but I don't believe in luck. "Luck is what happens when preparedness meets opportunity"

Alan Mauricio ruiz Cervantes Starting young with the correct mindset. I suggest 4 things. 1) read, listen, learn from as much material as possible. The podcasts are amazing and they always talk about books these incredible people read at the end of each episode. 2) determine your interest is it fix N flip, Buy N hold, notes, wholesaling... 3) find a job within your investing interest. If you want to fix N flip maybe find a construction company to be an apprentice. (Ask a lot of questions) 4) take action quickly, go as far as you can see then look for the next answer don't try to figure it all out at the beginning. Most of all just have fun! I'd wish you luck but I don't believe in luck. "Luck is what happens when preparedness meets opportunity"

Maurice Colbert Since I'm not a Pro member I can't give you a perspective from that side however by investing money on anything initially people tend to take things a little more seriously. With that said I would suggest digging deep into the category you are interested in and educate yourself. The podcast is Amazing, the videos are wonderful, and the forums are a smorgasbord of information. Good luck! If I can help in anyway let me know.

Randy Sutton Sometimes a phone call is a bit direct you could feel the waters with a letter leaving your number. Just a thought. Whatever you do just take action.

I don't know anything about probate but what I do know is this. "If your driving in fog and can only see 10' it is smarter to drive into the fog 10' so you can see the next step" Try not to focus on getting all that stuff in order and just jump in! If you have the phone number of the new owners call them. --- Drive 10'
