Hey Carl, www.dirtcheapsigns.com is a great site if you have a little money to spend. I ordered ten 18x24 blank yard signs (yellow) with vertical flutes, ten 30" H-stakes, and a magnum marker for about $40 shipping included. Just as a test run. The costs per unit gets cheaper with bulk orders. They also have ready-made "we buy houses" signs if you want a more professional look. Hope this helps!
