My wife and I are just getting started, and would like to pursue wholesaling as well as SFR. We live in Brookhaven and are looking to connect with investor-friendly agents in the metro Atlanta area. We would love agents with experience in the following counties: Dekalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, Douglas, Paulding, or Fayette. We're also looking for recommendations on good title companies to work with that are familiar with investor strategies (e.g. double closings, seller side only HUD, etc).

I'm new to the Atlanta REI scene as well. There's a GA REIA meeting tomorrow night at the Wyndham Atlanta Galleria. It should be a good place to network and learn with other newbies and seasoned investors. I'll be there and hope to meet you as well.
