Extreme Newbie but eager to learn

Hello Bigger Pockets! My name is Stacy & I'm extremely new to the real estate game. Exactly 1 month today I was sitting in a 3 day work shop with a "guru" who was doing everything possible to separate me from $40k to enroll in his "master class". After that nightmare, my partner & I started doing some investigating of our own. We did make some good contacts in that weekend of like minded people who introduced us to Bigger Pockets. We are listening to all the podcasts which have great information. We've started reading Finding & Funding Great Deals & recently we've ordered Set for Life. I am reading & listening to everything imaginable to try and absorb as much knowledge as possible. With the exception of about 5 nights, we've been "driving for dollars" & I would love to know more about direct mail/yellow letters. We are in the Atlanta area & have joined the REIA groups. I'm super excited for the future but I feel the analysis paralysis might be an issue for us. I know it's way early in the game for us but I plan to be here for the long haul. I have my "why" figured out but plenty of questions. Do investors work with new people? I have "skin in the game" but would need help with funding for rehab. Are there loans out there for that type of thing? Is it best to work with a bank or private money lender? These are just a few & I know I will have many more. Thanks for letting me get my feet wet with this first post.
