Hi @Account Closed! I'm just getting started as well. I haven't done any DM in that area yet, but plan to target specific populations (e.g. probate, divorce, etc) in specific zip codes (30067, 30060, 30144, etc). I would recommend looking near good high schools and landmarks (e.g. Suntrust Park, KSU, grocery store chains, etc). I grew up in East Cobb so feel free to PM me if you questions about specific neighborhoods. Check out usa.com and bestplaces.net to evaluate schools, job growth, population growth etc. Hope this helps!
