Jeff Greenberg Thank you very much for your input. I will for sure research and gain as much knowledge as possible. I've heard people say "just get your feet wet and do it" or "my biggest mistake was waiting" it makes more sense to me to research now and act later, so it saves me from getting into any trouble. Thanks again, Andrew McManamon

Hello BP Family, I'm a newbie to Real estate and investing and I'm curious where I should start, is there a good starting point, one better than others? How did all of your careers start out in real estate, I'm curious! I would appreciate your feedback and stories, Andrew McManamon

@Doug price Thank you for all that valuable information, I will definitely keep all this in mind before I get going. It's good to know that I shouldn't wait long before getting involved, as I thought researching and researching would better my odds, but getting real life experience can't be beat. Thanks again Doug!

@Ned Carey, Thank you for your response, it was very helpful. I understand I may have to use D4D methods to get an idea of what properties are in my area, along with researching and understanding the market in my area. Thanks again for your advice. Andrew

I do appreciate this post, I know you aren't trying to scare me, but without marketing, what is business? It would be nothing especially without the social media we have to our advantage. Thank you for your time. You scared me in a good way!

Hello BP family, I'm wondering how accurate and useful the foreclosure finder on the BP is? Any feedback would be cool, as I'm eager to find motivated sellers to start wholesaling

That's a great idea. Doesn't sound very fun, but it's the patience that counts! Thank you for the advice. My new goal is to connect with Michigan wholesalers

Hello everyone, I've been doing a great deal of research about wholesaling and I'm getting a better understanding of how it works, but where do I start? I understand the concept of finding motivated buyers and sellers, the contracts, assignment or double escrow, but what's the best way for me to just dive right in without having to spend a fortune on mentors who turn out to be real estate gurus? Also, I'm 19 years old and don't just have a lot of money to throw around. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you, Andrew McManamon
