Hello BP Family, I'm a newbie to Real estate and investing and I'm curious where I should start, is there a good starting point, one better than others? How did all of your careers start out in real estate, I'm curious! I would appreciate your feedback and stories, Andrew McManamon

Start listening to all of the podcasts on BP. Watch the educational webinars. Be a fly on the wall on the different forums. Ask questions on the forums. Read the BP beginners guide, go to REI meetings and talk to as many people as you can. In your spare time read every book you can find on RE investing. Start with the ones recommended on the podcasts you like the best.

Do this for six months and then come back and ask again.
