Doesn't mean that they are a bad realtor just means its not worth the drive. There is much more to being a realtor than just showing the home, say you get that home so much work will go into closing that deal and $500 is not worth it doesn't mean the realtor sucks.

How do you protect your wholesale deal ? currently have a home under contract how do i stop guros or skilled brokers from taking them from me?
