Hi Nick!

Welcome to BP. Congrats on getting your real estate license.

I also live in Orange County, but my partners and I are currently in escrow on a flip property in Las Vegas! We've looked at a few properties in San Bernardino, but numbers just weren't making sense for us.

Good luck!

Hi BP!

My partners and I are in escrow on an off market flip property and we're looking for a really good contractor. We've gotten a bid already but I want to get a few more while I'm in town next week. I'll be at the property on Thursday 8/24 and would love to schedule a few contractors for site walks to obtain a few more bids.

If anyone is interested, please feel free to reach out! Thank you.

Hello BP!

I'm an Interior Designer and I'm moving back to OC in a few short weeks. I'd love to connect with any general contractors in the area! I will need help personally, with putting up wall coverings and installing lighting in my own apartment, and it'll be good for any future client projects as well.

Thank you so much.

Alyssa

Hi Jeremy,

Congrats on locking up a solid property! I own DESIGN HAUS INTERIORS and I'd love to give my input. So far, I love your idea of going with SW Agreeable Grey for walls and SW Extra White for trim, doors and cabinets.

It doesn't seem like the interior will need much work other than minimal updates here and there.

For the exterior, I would just make it simple and make the main paint white, and all accents that are currently painted blue - black.

I'd be happy to jump on an Introductory call. You can also feel free to send me a PM.

Alyssa

Hi David!

I'm Alyssa, and I own Design Haus Interiors. Like others mentioned, I would highly suggest reviewing WHY people are attracted to your location and what is making them travel. Uniqueness is a HUGE factor when designing short term rentals and will make a huge impact on if travelers decide to book your listing or not.

I highly recommend mixing old with new - you don't need to buy everything new. Definitely utilize Offerup, Facebook Marketplace etc to save on budget.

I'd be happy to discuss your project further if interested!
