Hi I'm Jeanie from Las Vegas, NV. I first got interested in real estate investing when I came across Armando Montelongo's show of flipping houses! However, never really pursued it. Here I years later still thinking about it. So I decided to it was time to just get started. My husband is on board and just as excited as I am. We've been married for 6 years and have 2 small children. The plan is to become full time real estate investors. We want to start with an out of state (we're not sure where yet) rental property and utilize the BRRRR strategy from there. I've watched a couple seminars on it and we'll start with analyzing about 100 deals. :)
