I may be purchasing my first investment through owner financing in Montgomery, AL. The house needs a ton of work, and I'm wondering if there are any local contractors in Montgomery that would be able to walk the property with me and give me a bid on what you think the cost would be? @Tony Robinson Congrats on your first deal Tony, your story is truly inspiring! I'm in CA as well - West Hollywood. Being in such an expensive market, I've been researching different markets OOS as I feel that is the best way to make this happen with my situation. What strategy did you use for your second deal?
