I do have a mentor with eXp Realty & I'm trying to find a team to join. I agree that teams are the way to go. Thank you for your feedback.

I’m wondering who would be most likely to lend me money for my real estate business ? Would I be better off applying for business loans, personal loans, a business line of equity, business credit cards, regular credit cards, hard money or something else. My credit is bad & I’ve only done like 6 deals in 2 years.

I’m trying to find houses for my buyers but most of them haven’t talked to any lenders & the ones who have talked to lenders say they aren’t able to get an approval. I want to help them get pre approved but don’t know where to start. One lady is on disability but says she also earns money. Idk what to do with all these people who don’t have pre approvals. How can I get them into a loan. I’ve talked to a lot of them about first time home buying programs. My disabled client is also interested in land, I know this is a totally different type of loan…

I’m trying to help my buyer clients find a loan for a house in Maine but we haven’t found anyone who will lend, any suggestions

Thank you everyone for the advice !! I will reach out to these places. Good looking out!!

Slab or anchoring? My buyer client is wanting to get a single wide that has been built onto. We don’t know if it was originally a single or double but it looks like it was originally a single. We are running into financing issues with our bank because there’s no slab & it’s not anchored, in addition to the original size being unknown. Does anyone know where we might get financing on an upgraded single wide with no slab or anchoring in Maine ?

I keep coming back to Mojo but want something more robust. I might try Podio again

I agree that there is a way to make wholesaling illegal, however I don’t partake in any illegal practices & have never done a net listing. I appreciate your concern & respect your passion for legal compliance. As a Realtor myself, I can understand your dislike for wholesalers because a lot of them don’t operate inside the boundaries of morale. It’s’ a shame really. Honesty is at the forefront of my values & I can assure you everything I do is inside the parameters of the law. Thanks for your input Charlie !

@Charlie MacPherson it’s not illegal but that is a very common misconception. I understand your ethical concern which is valid because there are a lot of shady wholesalers Charlie. Integrity is at the core of my values & as a licensed investor, everything I do is above board & 100% legal. If you would like to speak with my team of lawyers or my broker,  I would be happy to introduce you Charlie, but last time I spoke I believe you were living in Massachusetts right ?
