Slab or anchoring? My buyer client is wanting to get a single wide that has been built onto. We don’t know if it was originally a single or double but it looks like it was originally a single. We are running into financing issues with our bank because there’s no slab & it’s not anchored, in addition to the original size being unknown. Does anyone know where we might get financing on an upgraded single wide with no slab or anchoring in Maine ?

@Allison Meggison You may want to check with a few mobile home dealerships in the area. They work with mobile home lenders on a regular basis and may have a few referrals for you. Also, you may want to talk to your local manufactured housing association. They may be able to point you in the right direction. In the past, I've found both to be good sources of information. Hope that helps!
