@Alejandro Tirso I’ve bumped into quite a few apartments like that. That’s exactly what I did I moved the entrance to the middle which opened into the living area/ kitchen and there were bedrooms on either side of the living area. Bathroom was off the kitchen and didn’t need to be moved. Everyone hates railroad apartments so I think that’s the best way to deal with that.

@Rachel Perl Go in meetup.com there are a lot of local meetups even a few in Brooklyn where you can meet investors, agents, and service providers in the industry.

@Orane Jacobs Not necessarily it all depends on the area and the entry price. Also depends how much cash flow you want and how much you are willing to put down obviously. I have something I may lost in a couple of months that is perfect for a house hack I’m hoping to market it to people interested in doing that.
