Looking for financing solutions for a Duplex in Portland Oregon. I currently have have 4 mortgages (3 investments and 1 owner occupied). The purchase would be an investment property. I'm looking for any solutions that would be able to provide a 85% LTV. Open to any and all creative financing solutions to make this happen.

Are finder fees legal in Portland, OR? If so how much do you typically pay for an amazing deal? And who has produced the best leads that have resulted in deals? (Mail men/women, contractors,etc.)

@Account Closed happy to walk you through how I've acquired in this market. It is tough but there are solid opportunities to be found. The Oregon Coast vacation rental market is of interest - I've been looking at Astoria and Manzanita but haven't cracked a strategy just yet.
