Hi Bigger Pockets folks. I'm happy to have found such an inspiring network of people who have personal experiences and strategies I can learn from. I'm finding my stride in sourcing more deals than I can handle given this is not my full-time source of income, yet..a challenge for now but an opportunity to partner with others in Portland, Oregon area and beyond. I've done a few of what is referred to on BP as house hacks over the last 5 years - thanks for uniquely coining my personal approach to real estate thus far.
