Jeff Kehl I would like to see an example of a current active lease or past lease. An attorney will be involved when the time comes but I would like to customize some key point before getting an attorney involved. Do you have one? Or know anyone that has one? That’s willing to share a copy. Best, Alisha D

Any one has an Example of Property Management contract with a Mini Mall ( Net lease)?

While i'm aware that all contracts may not apply to every situation.  I'm looking for examples of a layout of

  1. Responsibility and representation
  2. Contract termination
  3. Indemnification and Boiler Plate items

Best,

Hi @Bruce Yes there are a lot of factors that fall into analyzing the value of a property . Nevertheless these are not listed.  The idea is to get a hold of a property that's similar and recently sold to have a negotiation  factor when contacting the owner.

@Trenton   I have and i had a few local brokers that mentioned they would assist but  no luck.   I will ask about the list.  Thank you

I found "findCompsNow".  I know that MF properties are valued by the revenue it generates but I still want to compare since we are reaching out directly to owners and dont want to go in completely blindsided.
