Any one has an Example of Property Management contract with a Mini Mall ( Net lease)? 

While i'm aware that all contracts may not apply to every situation.  I'm looking for examples of a layout of

  1. Responsibility and representation 
  2. Contract termination 
  3. Indemnification and Boiler Plate items
