Good Day ,

How do I find Neighborhood Jurisdictions?  If I want to get familiar with the neighborhood, what is a good place to start looking to find out where the particular neighborhood starts and ends?

Also, how will i find all the latest businesses,projects starting or coming to the area?

Just Curious @Chris Lynch Have you ever thought of working as a bird dog. I'm really ready to get out of the long hours of an office/ daytime position.

However, I feel similar to you that I lack knowledge/experience/connections to jump in right now.

I decided this weekend I have to learn somehow, why not jump in as a bird dog.

Any thoughts from the experienced Investors??????

1st off I'm a novice investor. However, I'm curious to know what happened with the full time wholesaler at a REIA? Or rather was the profit & strategy not conducive for you both?

Hi BP family,

I'm on the hunt to research the 5 best neighborhoods to target the as a new REI but hit a wall.

1. How do I know if a neighborhood was a hot area that is now dying down? Our if the neighborhood was ever considered a hot area.
2. Where would I go to find out if there was major zoning changes in the area ?
3. Is the area about to go through significant zoning changes, such as a new development or a large revitalization project?
