I am looking for a nationwide DIRECT lender for single family modular homes - buyers will be owner occupants and investors.   We will be building on single lots, and developing small communities - so we want to have lenders in place.  First in Florida - then nationwide.  Thanks [email protected]

@Eddie Pfeifer - this is something we handle every day. We operate a fund, and in addition, we're a full service Commercial RE broker. We have a find you can invest in with1031 proceeds that focus on projects in opportunity zones, which offer you even more tax liability mitigation, and likely better returns, covering a few different core asset types (so you're diversified). And we also deal with NNN and Absolute NNN properties, so we could help you move into something with better returns and longer lease end dates, if that is preferred.

His aim is to get a cash out land loan, so that his debt service is low while he gets planning done/gets shovel ready.  Any stepped construction programs available?  Thanks for the input folks.

He is open to construction perm loan - but wants to know what cashing out the land rates and LTV would look like.

Again, he owns the land already - he owns 500-1000 doors in his portfolio of multifamily and hotels.  He has built a branded hotel ground up, and this lot will be for a branded hotel.   Thanks, Alim

I have an investor that owns a 2 acre parcel of land near the attractions in the Disney area of Central Florida.  he is looking to finance for some cash out to build a branded hotel on it.    He has built branded hotels before and also has other hotels and multifamily in his portfolio currently.   Great borrower - I just want to know what the terms would be, of course, with awareness that if anything doesn't fit my description above perfectly, those terms might move a bit....
