@Germain Mopa Depends on where in East Atlanta.  Burgess Elementary and Coan Middle are 6/10 Ranking.  There are some excellent Charter Schools in East Atlanta.

We're a brick ranch with a full basement. Most comps are siding. We'll be a 4/3 (could be 5/3). House is in decent shape already just needs the update. Refinish hardwoods, keep the windows. The layout works the way it is with big rooms. You can even keep the small paneled room in the middle, which is fine.
