Amazing fix and flip opportunity in Loganville. Two recent comps right by us that justify a 230k ARV with extremely low days on market. Home is in decent shape and the comps did minimal rehab to get it sold so it should be a quick turnaround to start the new year.

Such a sweet deal it will sell in hours.

Thanks for your feedback Stan. I think College Park might surprise you. There has been a lot of activity in that area as of recently. The Sales Price in College Park has been toward the mid $200,000 as of late and sense August of 2016 their has only been about 8 months of inventory in the College Park. Anything under 6 is great! Thanks for the input Rick.  My brokerage has the property under contract.  Their were multiple offers for the property so we went to a highest and best situation. 

1582 Pontiac Place Is just a short walk from the Park.

New Years Day special!! Hottest area of Decatur. We are a 3/2 but you will need to make more head room in the attic blow out. Super solid comps all around this pocket. The house needs a full make-over, kitchen, baths, exterior, mechanical and roof. 36 day on market avg and that number is blown out of proportion by one comp. So your house will sell in a month or sooner. This is a showing!!

Off market deal in 30311 where comps range from $150K up to $240K so it is just a matter of how far you want to experiment with this one. This pocket of town is similar to Kirkwood before kirkwood is what it is today. Drive the pocket and you will see more rehabs going on here than any other part of Atlanta. Call your New Western rep before approaching the property
