Great deal in SW Atlanta with solid comps. Average price/sf for all of the sold comps is right around $115/sf. That should place your value closer to the $150k number. Please note that 3809 Branch's above ground sf is closer to 1600 sf and the lot is in a flood plain. Should fire sell!!
