Looking for a contractor in Memphis

Hello BP community,

Im trying to find a contractor to turn a vacant unit in Memphis, but have no idea how to find a reputable one.

Seems like going on Yelp and asking for bids is a general bad idea.

If anyone has a strategy or a direct recommendation for a contractor I would highly appreciate it!
