@Brian Bagdasarian I heard the same from others. Defiantly trial and error is the most feedback I've gotten. With receiving so much conflicting results I'm wondering if its not worth it and to spend my money elsewhere when it comes to advertisement? 

Thanks @David Nacco, what pricing bracket did you find worked best in seeing results? Also, have you ever tried Instagram?

What have been your experiences advertising on Facebook, Instagram, etc for finding deals? Does the "We Buy Houses" advertisement work within these markets?

Hey @Clint Sams, I work with a local investor in the Hampton Roads Area. We are always looking to buy, year round. I would love to link up and see if we could help each other. 

If you have the address and name of the owners to a renal property, is there a way to find their phone number for free? I know Deal machine has the option but you still have to pay for the phone number in addition to paying for the app. Anyone have advice?
