Getting started in investing. Looking to build a strong buyers list in the Norfolk and surrounding areas. I have some solid leads and I am highly motivated to lock in my first deal. Any suggestions on building a strong buyers list?

@Clint Sams there's a local meetup group called Hampton Roads Investor Group that is run by @Erica Osborn, @Claudio Valdivia, and @Taylor Hudgins.  Great group with lots of activity, and regular content.  Check out there Facebook page, or look them up on Meetup.  Shawn Bowen is also a local Wholesaler who has a very active Facebook page as well, Full Circle Investment Group.  He puts out regular content on there.
