@Lucia Rushton How is Rod Khleif’s program structured and how long have you been apart of it?

Great work Patrick!

Love the motivation, myself and another investor host a local meet up that is centered around networking with local REI in the area. We would love to have you!

We are meeting at WASSERHUND Brewery, Virginia Beach January 19th, at 6:30pm in the back. Feel free to bring anyone you’d like.

Hope to see you there.

Is anyone apart of, or heard good/bad things when it comes to the “Think Multifamily Mentorship Program”? I am looking to join a multi family one on one coaching program.

If not, does anyone have any recommendations on a high level Multifamily coaching, cradle to grave program they could recommend?

Thanks in advance!!!

@Justin Coulson, there is a program called Podio that is a great tool. You can customize it to your liking for budget and for the project management side as well. Another great way is excel, its simple and effective. I'll share the link for polio bellow! Best of luck on your upcoming project!

@Chris Miller sounds like they are just trying to give you a hard time and suck any money out of you they can... if I were you I would ask where I can find their "policy" that states that. If its policy it has to be written down somewhere right?

Thank you @Kristopher Kyzar, if we know one thing about real estate it is to learn to be adaptable!
