I'm an investor in the Virginia Beach area looking for a solid inspector. If you are one, or know of someone that helped buyers close a deal with exceptional knowledge I'd be stoked to see if we make a good fit. Any suggestions?

@Nathan James there are 2 that I use, and contrary to what @Joe Splitrock says, not all agents use shady inspectors. Some of us are more interested in fulfilling our fiduciary duties than making a quick buck. I’ve also used these inspectors in my own purchases.
